Teen Charged With Murder After Livestreaming SD Mosque Shooting

A 17-year-old North Carolina girl was charged with murder after she coordinated with gunmen to livestream a fatal shooting at a San Diego mosque this year, the authorities said Monday.

The girl, Sarah Santiago of Forsyth County, N.C., was arrested last week, and a grand jury indicted her on three counts of murder and one count of conspiracy on Monday, according to Jim O’Neill, the district attorney. She is being charged as an adult.
