A Victory for Religious Liberty

Muslim, Catholic, and Ukrainian Orthodox parents sued. Believing that exposing their “young, impressionable, elementary aged” children to curriculum that would undermine their ability to educate them in their religious beliefs about gender and sexuality, these parents took on the administrators of the $3 billion school district—and won.

The Supreme Court’s decision in Mahmoud v. Taylor is a landmark victory for religious liberty—and should be celebrated by all those who pray for those in government, so that they may “lead a quiet and peaceable life.”
