Feeding the Hungry in War-Torn Nations

The Western world is a place of privilege—at least the privilege of never having to imagine our streets littered with spent bullet casings, our homes shattered by artillery, and our neighbors dying in trenches blasted into fields that once grew grain. Ukrainians, on the other hand, have faced that reality every day since February 24, 2022. In the face of that nearly unimaginable horror and suffering, Slavic Gospel Association (SGA)—a nonprofit organization based in Illinois—is ministering to those in these war zones by providing both literal and metaphysical “daily bread.”
