But as AI weaves its way ever more intimately into our lives, it brings with it questions of philosophy, anthropology and ethics. What would happen if an AI became conscious? What would it take for it to become self-aware? And could an AI ever be more than an AI — could it be a person? It’s clear that the AI moment is not ending any time soon.
