Why a Reversal of Roe vs. Wade Will Save Lives

The leak of a draft of the U.S. Supreme Court decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Mississippi abortion case contained both good news and bad news for the United States of America. The draft of Justice Samuel Alito's majority opinion reverses 1973's Roe v. Wade and 1992's Planned Parenthood v. Casey, putting abortion policy in the hands of legislatures (federal and state), instead of courts.
