The Supreme Court on Friday dealt a blow to a group of California Muslims who say the FBI unlawfully surveilled them because of their faith. But the men and their attorneys say there's an upside to the ruling, and they've vowed to continue pursuing their case. This outcome "could have been better, but . . . today we live to fight another day," said Yassir Fazaga, one of the men alleging religious discrimination, during a Friday press conference.
