What Comes After 'In God We Trust'

After a statewide vote, Tennessee officially has a new license plate. That's not a groundbreaking development, of course; the state redesigns the plate roughly every eight years.  Apart from a new blue background, the only real change to the plate is the addition of "In God We Trust" in the plate's center. Tennessee certainly isn't alone in adding the motto, nor is this the first time Republican politicians have moved to make the motto more present in the state.
