Religious Liberty: Who Needs it?

Religious freedom is much in the news these days- in court cases, politics, school choices, tax discussions, social controversies, and charitable strategies. Here, in a format that may have special appeal for young Americans (many of whom are puzzled by our Constitutional protections of religious exercise, according to survey research) is a glimpse of how civic educators might explain the First Amendment, with discussion of what is at stake.
