You and I have never met, even though we have both have served as presidents of prominent academic evangelical institutions. While we travel in very different parts of the evangelical world, I am frequently asked what I think about positions you have taken on issues in public life. This has been especially true of your support for President Trump. And on that subject I have to tell folks that I am deeply disappointed.
