Oklahoma Priest's Remains Exhumed for Beatification

The remains of the Rev. Father Stanley Rother were recently exhumed from an Okarche cemetery and examined by medical professionals as part of the Roman Catholic Church's beatification process.

Leaders with the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City said Rother's remains were exhumed on May 10 from Holy Trinity Cemetery in Okarche and examined. Leaders said they were re-interred in a chapel at Resurrection Cemetery in Oklahoma City.
