Recent Pew Research shows that Millennials have surpassed the Baby Boomers and Gen X as the nationâ??s largest generation of workers. They tend to be less affiliated with organized religion and are driving the growth of the â??religious nones.â? Millennials want to make a difference and have careers that matter, yet build community differently than ever before. They are the most racially diverse group of people that weâ??ve ever seen in the U.S. They are the â??Generation We â?? myself and mine.â?
Given the civil shifts that have occurred, we thought it would be fitting to hear from this generation and their thoughts about the future of faith.
