The First Presidency of the LDS Church, which now has a membership of more than 15.3 million worldwide, announced many changes in leadership during the Saturday afternoon session of the faith's 185th Annual General Conference.
President Dieter F. Uchtdorf, second counselor in the First Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, announced the changes.
