For those who might have a busy schedule on Ash Wednesday, St. Francis of the Islands Episcopal Church is offering an alternative solution: Ashes to Go.
The Rev. Bruce Fehr and members of the church will be in the parking lot of The Islands Mall Shopping Center at 318 Johnny Mercer Blvd. beginning at 7:15 a.m. to provide ashes to those who might not have time to attend a church service on Ash Wednesday.
