The Dalai Lama is coming back to Utah.
"I’m ecstatic," said Pema Chagzoetsang, former president of the Utah Tibet Association. "Utah is so blessed. He embodies humanity. He is my leader and my teacher for this life and the next. I feel so much gratitude. So much happiness."
