fantastic thing to see both teams give it to God in the midst of this tragedy. Is it sad that I was immediately afraid once it goes viral that the focus will actually move from what happened there to the fact that someone dared speak Jesus' name at a sporting event and offended someone?

Thanks for posting this. I am the Christian Challenge (BCM) director here at the University of Nebraska. I have known Ron Brown since he came here. He is a man who loves Jesus and whom God has used to witness to many on campus and in our state. The potential exists in all of athletics for pride in the system to cause even good men to lose their sense of morality. Ron kept his perspective during the three National Championship teams he coached and maintains that today. Football has never been an idol in his life. We are grateful for him. He would say about yesterday, "To God be the glory!'

Thanks so much for sharing this...

@Brett, wow. What an encouragement to know Ron loves Jesus. Thanks for sharing!
