We have spent the week visiting family in St. George and Las Vegas. This has given our six children an opportunity to play and mingle with 15 cousins. These children have yet had the stress of the world thrust upon them. Watching them interact this week, more importantly observing their innocent natures, reminded me of a conversation I once had with a neighbor. He thought it quite silly and shallow that the Lord would want us to become like a child for entrance into His kingdom. Maybe in our discussion we weren’t distinguishing between childish and childlike.
