One of the benefits of being a true child of God is that the devil’s disciples will never triumph over you, come what may. As long as you remain true to your master, the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, you will always gain victory over your enemies . I have recently gained two monumental victories over my enemies and by way of this article I wish to testify to the goodness of God and his faithfulness to his true children.
In Isaiah 54: 15, God promises his children : “Behold, they shall gather against thee , but the gathering shall not be of me : whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.” God has never promised any christian that his enemies will never gather against him. We live in a world full of evil, devillish, treacherous , unfaithful and jealous people and once you are striving to be a better person on this earth, people will come against you. People will gather against you to plot against you for sundry reasons but the Bible assures us in Romans 8: 37 “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.” It is so true .Through Jesus Christ, who has loved us with an everlasting love, we will always conquer people and circumstances. Once you are faithfully carrying the Ark and the Covenant of God, which is in Christ Jesus , our Lord, you are a conqueror. You will always triumph over your detractors who come after you for no just cause. God will give you victory and you will glorify His Name. Praise be the name of the Lord.In fact, anybody who persists to come against the child of God will fall, eventually . God has promised christians that in his holy word.
God has also promised his children in Deuteronomy 28 : 7, that “The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways.” Some simplified versions render it this way : :” They will come against thee in one direction but I will scatter them in seven directions ” . Praise be the name of the Lord.The enemies that came against me were scattered in many directions.
God is very truthful. He has never lied and will never lie. Everything he says is the truth . He also promises us : “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue [that] shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This [is] the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness [is] of me, saith the LORD” ( Isaiah 54: 17) . Because of God’s love for us and his faithfulness your enemies will not able to sustain any charge against you because the Lord God is always with you. The true identities of your enemies who are fake characters created by devillish men to attack you unfairly will be exposed. God will expose them before men and women and their perfidy will become known. They will not be able to sustain any false charge against you. Only be sure that you are innocent. God will never allow the children of the Devil to lay any charge against thee , once you are innocent. God will ensure that no charge is brought against, nor any condemnation brought upon the elect of God.
God will expose your enemies. Even if they try their best to hide behind carefully-crafted pen names and monikers, as long as you are innocent, God will bring the impostors to light and their folly will be known.
I am not saying here that because you are the Child of God, you should go and do unsavoury things and that God will deliver you. No, never. If you are a child of God, you must do everything with the help of the Holy Spirit to stay out of evil. Do not commit a crime. Do not steal. Be content with what God has given you. Content-mindedness is the gateway to successful and blameless living. Be content with what God has given you . Do not be covetous .Jesus Christ warns Christians strongly in Luke 12 : 15 ”Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.” People have all the riches and mansions of the world but they are not happy. Material things do not bring happiness . Many Christians have fallen into harm because of love of material things and covetousness. The happiest man in this world is the man who is content with what he has.
Another way that God manifests himself to his children is that he always sends them help from the sanctuary and support from Zion. God will touch the hearts of mortal men to help defend you against your enemies who rise against you for no just cause. That is one way I have always seen God manifest himself in my life. He always sends me help from the likeliest and the most unlikely places. When God is ready to help you, he looks among men and women and sends you the most efficient ones to defend you.
I enjoin you to always keep your trust anchored in God, who is faithful and will never let your enemies triumph over you.I have seen the goodness of God once again during the past two weeks when I have experienced the evil that secretly lurks in the hearts of men who drink and dine with you but their hearts are full of wickedness and treachery. God brought their schemes and plots to nil.
LASTLY, I enjoin you to be forgiving . Men will do their worst to you. They will show you their true colours but you make sure that you harbor no grudge in your heart for them. In Matthew 5: 54 , Jesus Christ advises us : “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you “. We can defend ourselves where necassary but in our hearts we should harbour no evil for those who wrongfully persecute us.
