Joy Behar, the host of “The View” and “The Joy Behar Show,” devoted part of her evening program to address the incident that occurred earlier in the day with FOX News host Bill O’Reilly. Behar, along with Whoopi Goldberg, stormed off of the set of “The View” when he made the remark “Muslims killed us on 9/11.
