Lausanne's New Leader of Global Evangelism

The Lausanne Movement has named its replacement for outgoing CEO Doug Birdsall, announcing that its "selection of [a] younger leader hands the leadership baton to the next generation."

Michael Oh, president and founder of Christ Bible Seminary in Japan, will begin as Lausanne's executive director and CEO starting March 1. The 41-year-old Korean American, who served as keynote speaker for Lausanne's Younger Leaders Gathering in 2006, will remain in Japan.
